It's just there until i get the NEW design finished! A few of you have had sneak peeks at that, but it's top secret so... shhhh

No, the CIA COULD be operating in Candida, just as they operate in friendly and not so friendly nations throughout the world. Just the 'real' FBI is limited to dealing within the US's borders (most of the time).
