When I saw Kell had posted last I just knew he said beer.  :D

Try perogies, boiled then fried with onions and bacon and all the fixins.


Or, you could get some shrimp if you are a seafood fan, and fry them in butter and garlic etc...


If all else fails, a couple big steaks should satisfy you, preferably T bone.  ;)

T bones yum yum they were banned here for years to do with mad cow or foot&mouth in britain. now they're back they're so expensive.

cody you know me too well. beer should always be first on the shopping list, liquid diets are proven to reduce the weight....because you'll be far to sick to stomach anything or keep it down  :P

This is a southern dish most people are unfamiliar with.

Go to the deli and get some half-inch to inch thick bolony slices. (The deli guy may look at you weird when you ask them to be that thick)
They may weigh up to a pound each, so know how much you will eat.

Then, get your favorite BBQ sauce.

At home, paint the bolony in the sauce and grill it. You want the bolony to be just under too-hot-to eat at the core when you take it off the grill.

Eat it. Enjoy it.  :) (It's my favorite dish)
