I would like to have somthing Anime about it, nothing fancy just a quick banner saying
"RPG" and maybe somthing else.

you will need to give a better idea of what you want...
"something animé" really isnt much of a starter

google around and find something close to what you want, then say how you'd like it

I mean, http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x129/Kairi_22/AnimeBanner-1.jpg is a classic anime banner, but I doubt its what you're looking for

Alas, original art isn't that much of a talent of mine. Manulapation (sp?) of stuff might be, but nor original stuff.

I just, didn't understand what you said very well :( Manipulation is basicly controling, changing.
