In other words, be in the clan that kills Tears of All Oceans to move to better location. Then protect the reborn Tears of All Oceans to keep a different clan from kicking you out and taking your place in the location.

The emperor is our friend, but if you go against him he can freeze your account. Killing him (almost impossible to do) will give you the power to tax other players.

Well, you can't really do both. Cause to kill the landfarm and be in Pearl Holder, you have to be in a clan. Once you become Emperor, you are removed from your clan. It's just a fun side mission.

You should be able to set the tax rate to 5% at least imo, 00.5% is next to nothing :'(
