im sooooooo with cody on this one. i havent been as active around here mainly due to most topics being spammed by firetooth and co so i missed "it has begun" topic, having read that i can't understand why firetooth wasnt banned he  totally oversteped the mark.
  as for imp i thought and still do that firetooth leaked some stuff, why leave your team to join another? and i don't care in the slightest what imp players think of redwalls the comments sent to me would make our filters flair racist comments about where im from, my skin colour, irish history etc.
snare and peace thought me how to play this game, god id say cody has thought or given tips to everybody so he doesnt drive anybody away, he defends himself when needed and rightly too

I understand what your saying, but this IS driving Firetooth away, so I'm just suggesting Snare lays off Firetooth for a minute, regardless of whether or not he is at fault.

If anything Firetooth played the retreat card after insulting me all week, so now it looks like I am the big bad guy scaring away new players... Hardly the case. I've tried reasoning with him, but apparently only a few of us see through him.

Apology, but I see in other topics you continue to insult him. And since this started from a misunderstanding, I think it may be going a little too far to drive him away. Now personally I doubt he will leave regardless, but thsi is going too far on your part Snare. Take it out ingame or something, but stop the insults on forums. It's not getting either of you anywhere, and it's starting to remind me of myself and Shade way back when.

Guys, I am still in semi-retirement. Which means I do not read most topics. So if someone thinks there is flame going on, point me or a different staff member to it. No reason to let it get out of hand and then think someone is getting relaxed treatment from the staff.

I like Firetooth and want everyone to stay, but not to the point where I would tell a different member to not protect his own reputation.

Also if a member is being attacked, and the staff does not see it, then they should not attack back, just protect their own reputation from the unwarranted attacks. Just like when this topic started with what could be seen as an attack on me, I defended not returned fire.

Frankly, from scanning over these topics, I am not really sure what the fight is over. Maybe someone can sum it up in a fair way?

Im sorry firetooth, but the good honest truth is that you have alot of maturity issues at the moment and like i stated before i had them same issues. You have to learn from them and grow, thats called life.

I am behind cody all the way though because it is seriously really disrespectful what you have done to him. You complain about flaming then do it yourself. I will guarantee you that more players have stayed here then been scared away by cody. If you piss him off he will fight back, who wouldnt?

I don't understand what you dislike about Firetooth's immaturity. His isn't rude, but his immature humor brings a lot of life to this game and these forums. I know I'm just a "n00b," but most of the people in this game are pretty dry. Firetooth brings something unique to the table, which is more important than being a skilled player.

Don't leave Firetooth! You bring some fun to these dull forums. I was looking around some old topics yesterday and read some of the one you made or posted on. Lots of spam, I will agree, I even saw the one in news about post count reduction. And personally, they where all funny. So if you leave, these forums will be like tacos without the meat, cheese, lettuce, and whatever else people put on tacos to make them fart more.

Gotta admit, I agree with Saladin. Many of the players here tend to get a little too serious about the game, and forget this is just about having fun, not always about being the best or getting revenge. Firetooth definitely stands out as one of the more relaxed and less uptight members, but he's still enthusiastic about learning how to play.

Sure, he has acted immaturely in the past, but he's one of the younger members of this forum, you can't expect him to act at the maturity level of everyone else here, that's a little unfair. You can't grow up overnight.
