I think it should be more based on the target's health versus your health--just an idea. For example--if they have 75% health--they're 25% from full. Say the average attack takes 7% of the land--after their lack of health, it takes 8.75% land instead. If they have 25% health, they're 75% from full. Again, average attack taking 7% of land, 12.25% of land. Even at 0% health, only 14% of land can be taken. Then the other thing that when low-health, there's a cap of 1 acre taken when <10 acres are on the target.
