He teamed up with DeathRat. In short, they combined their forces, so one is at uber-NW and the other... isn't. I watched them last time--and it seems that the bottom one will run indy strat while the top holds troops/is emperor. Since the aid is buggy right now (no limits on NW), they have free reign to aid each other to be #1 or so. They have plenty of cash too--I saw at one time over $28b, after swapping NW over.

I already made that comment to them, Shadow. It's very stupid to be holding so many millions of troops without a fleeting chance of protecting them from murder. 1% may not be very much every time, but adds up quickly.

Once you get through once, you're through forever, as murder also kills leaders

If you're holding troops, you are not making proper runs
So a hole in one's leaders created by murders cant be patched easily

The best thing to do would be to pass troops around.  Unfortunately this is extraordinarily costly.
