Super Emp Theme

Peace Alliance

The is the first time we've done this. It's a Super Emperor theme for turbo, and here's whats goin down:


Emperor:
Supercharged, so's to be darn near impossible to break.

Length:
Extended to 2 months!



GAME CHANGES:


attacking:
succeed = 6% health
fail = 8% health


Turns:
total = 550
stored = 200

clans:
Shared Forces - the clan leader can now set the clan sharing to a custom % up to 50%.

Sacking:
works at a percentage of the opponents leader/land ratio. with a minimum of 30% effectiveness, and a maximum of 200% effectiveness.
ex.

Ratio = 130/1
sack effectiveness = 130%

Ratio = 20/1
Sack effectiveness = 30%

Ratio = 300/1
Sack effectiveness = 200%

So:

if you would normally get $1,000,000 cash from sack,

if your enemy's leader/land ratio is 30 or lower, you'll get $300,000.

if your enemy's leader/land ratio is 200 or higher, you'll get $2,000,000.

if your enemy's leader/land ratio is somewhere in between, you'll get $1,000,000 * (enemy's ratio/100).

that sacking is a bit much,  it's too unfair to leader strats, perhaps the same should go for raised defences ie the lower the ratio the more damage per murder etc

It's sometimes more strategic to wait for a while to leave protection. I'm still waiting for turns to leave protection though! there are a few people doing really well now.
