Over easy usually. I also like egg salad sandwiches, and omlettes and toasted westerns are really tasty if I take the time to make them.

It means fried without breaking the yolk so that the white is solid but the yolk stays liquid. It sounds a lot worse than it is.

is it basically sunny side up with a runny yolk, but you flip it and fry it on the sunny side for about 10 seconds before you serve it. Gets rid of the slime on top of regular sunny side up eggs

Sunny side, i dont cook eggs, i get them cooked and then eat them, apart from when i might help make an omlette =p
