Not really. just because someone is a permanent resident does not mean they have a title.  It is a random thing the Admins do to random people.  I do not even have a title.  Most titles are inside jokes and some people don't like their title. I have been wondering why TK-kid has not been here since I gave him his.

Read the people's titles, These are not things they would have picked on their own.

So no. Spaming the forum will not get you a title.

Right now I am going to randomly title Alazar, who has 2 times as many posts needed to be a permanent resident.
