actually, Vauxhall is owned by GM which is American
Suburu is also owned by GM, as is Saab, Opel, Suzuki, Isuzu and Daewoo

Jaguar, Aston Martin and Bently are owned by Ford, and Rover is owned by BMW, which leaves little in Britain. They still got TVR though.

other things to note

Nissan is owned by Renault
Chrysler was taken over by Daimler Benz (Mercedes), who then cut Mitsubishi loose, which used to be owned by Chrysler but is now independent again, and will either get bought out by someone else, or go outa business as they are loosing money every year and without Daimler-Chrysler's financial backing anymore, they are pretty well bankrupt.
Audi and Lamborgini were bought out by Volkswagon
Ford owns Mazda and has part ownership of Volvo and Lotus

also, GM and Honda have an engine swap agreement. Evident in the fact that the large Honda trucks and SUV's use GM Vortec engines, and Saturn's are starting to use Honda V-tec engines (so far only in the Vue)

oh ive heard of it.... and i fully know of its capabilitys.... i also know that its not allowed to run in american/ Le Mans (cuz stupid chevy. and other companys complained) making it not a production car anymore  like all the rest of the group but instead a prototype car.... and in the prototype class it dosent run cuz compared to them its a very weak contender. so again i move to strike the saleen coment and change it to ROUSH....

The Buggatti Verron man, the million dollar car. I know it has a V12 thats about it, personally i like a lamb or a ferr for looks but yeah outa them choices i would take the buggatti....
