For some reason my health wont go above 91% can anyone tell me if this is normal
Watching people fight is fun...
...but getting involved is so much better

whats your taxes set at?

It is the tax rate, funny really, someone just sent him a tip in game. Keep the tax rate at 11%

I do think that you should write the game guide though...
