Pressgang

I know that we have been over this several times, but here is some new input.

I've spent the last couple of weeks massing loyalty on reg. I revolted, and now I'm running a wildcat strat.

I attack ppl until I have about 300 turns left, then I pressgang for about 250 turns.

The pressgang strat is still nowhere near as powerful as the indy strat for making troops.



I now feel ready to say that pressgang is not as powerful as it should be.

I think that it would be better if we made it take 2x the workers, and made 2x the troops.
