what are the requirements for a successful city steal?

I reckon this question was sparked because of my recent actions.? :-P

Anywho, you must have more offencive points than your opponents DP, plus the ratio to beat him.

I'm unaware of the % required to successfully take, but I remember it being something like 20% more points? trial and error.

just out of curiosity, is it possible to take a city from someone with no land other then the city? or do you get a divide by 0 error or something like that

sides? I'm ireland we're like Switzerland! i just know theres one way to stop anybody taking a city and snare has it done so its a waste of time

haha. I meant besides kell, but somehow it came out "sides."

anywho, yes, you can steal a city if they only have a city left. However, chances of succeeding are highly unlikely unless they have /very/ few leaders left. on no huts that ratio is mad high.

Man, I gotta stop giving you pointers on how to do me in. :P

I set up Eire as a way the newish players can show what they're made of against the old guard and it worked out really well

but alzar has been here ages so I don't think he counts

I have not been here ages, and i am not an oldbie, but i have been here quite alot longer than you kell :-P
