breaking, but no land

i break trhough their defences, but fail to take land..

AAARRRGGGHHHHH is this intentional??? please tell me its a bug

theres a guy sitting there with 4k land and i have full turns - easy kill.. i attack, break him, but dont get land... i buy 50 million extra rats and attack again... break him, but no land RRRAAAWWWWRRR

i agree, it's annoying.

it's no bug... since it has an English read out and not a php error report. I'm assuming its something that was programmed into the game ages ago but has never been used, or something shael has put in with the new attack system.

Yeah...it's always been there...I'm not sure why it just starting showing up now. There's dozens upon dozens of calculations that go into the outcome of an attack, so it's hard to pinpoint where a problem is, if there is a problem. That message means exactly what it says, you break their defenses, but the outcome of land gained equals 0. =/

what are the conditions for a break with no land? i could understand if it happened when the margin of victory was small, but buying 50 million extra rats should increase the margin of victory significantly i should think lol

no, we were both losing about 1-3 million rats per attack

yes, and i had quite a few more then 60 million. if i was breaking you before i bought the 50 million extra, it should have made a pretty decisive difference

Its happening to me a lot too.

Like with LL scouting.

He lost more troops than I had in the first place, yet I still break him...

could this be looked at when you get a moment? its really screwing up my runs on reg

it doesnt happen when they have 0 troops... i had 500k rats and both of us were losing a few thousand per attack and i got a break with no land

i went on the market and bough 5 million rats.. i now have over 10x the attacking force i did before, with the same result...

Part of it is health, I was breaking one guy, then my health dropped from attacking and I stopped getting land. It doesn't seem to be possible to not break anymore. I hit one guy who had 8 mil stoats and I had 1 mil, and the message "you broke but did not get any land" popped up.
