part curiousity, part reiteration of one of Alazar's questions

Mine:
OAR, Oasis, Boston, CCR, Billy Joel, Kansas, Pink Floyd, Alabama, Bach, Beethoven, Jimmy Buffett, Fleetwod Mac, Blue Oyster Cult, Rush, Queen, GnR, Meat Loaf, The Police, Styx, Pearl Jam, Journey

typed as they came to me, in no particular order.  I've a few playlists of a mixture of those (obviously Bach does not mix with GnR, but The Police, Styx, Journey etc. get along decently)

No particular order, just a sampling of what I listen too.

Instead of getting a whole list out, or showing y'all my entire 50g playlist. I'll just link you to the bands that i have recently looked into seeing live. i save 'em all and sometimes i just go through the list again and again to see if anyone's added Canadian dates near me. i hate it when bands don't travel to Canada! We always provide a good turn out! we love good music!

there's alot of good prog
from the classic prog, such as, Pink Floyd
to the more power metal end of the spectrum, such as, Dream Theater
and the really heavy prog, such as, Opeth
