No bomber is completely invisible radar, just as no SDI system is completely effective. In addition, once the bomb bay doors opened, the thing would be quite visible.

Since the bombers' presence could be detected by other means, the system would be activated and ready to target both bomb and bomber once the bomb was dropped. In addition, the bomb shelter is sufficient to block out the force of any bomb, as well as radiation. So, therefore, I'm still safe (since Aqualis couldn't boot me out.)

The B-2 has the radar signature of a bee. That's invisible or ignored to all systems. Bombay doors open and it goes up to hawk sized. They are specially designed that way.
