Does this mean I can stop checking if people are losing land in lost attacks? Hehe. I can't remember that change either, but I am sure it was at least in the admin forum.

It was an intentional feature originally, so you can't really call it a bug

An intentional and heavily abused feature. Quite a few years ago and without exploiting the leaders/acre ratio, it was a good deterrent to suiciding since you eventually lost your army and sometimes died.

Oh, I'm pretty sure it was mentioned. I'm sure it was one of the first things we removed when we moved the game over to Bluehost.
