Volkov is stupid part 2: Hammers and Emos

You cheat!! You did not list that at the start of the campaign, therefore you get a -4 when wielding a sledgehammer!! That and their is no weapon proficiency for sledgehammers, so how could you be proficient with it?

1) You are not the DM.
2) The campaign hasn't started yet.
3) Special rules for improvised weapons. You can take a weapon proficiency for an improvised weapon, like a sledgehammer.
4) So I take no penalty. Nyah nyah.

well... if volkov owns it, he probly stole it by accident seeing as how I'd imagine he has no ranks what-so-ever in pick pocket. But if he does own it, that makes him look even worse because then he's violating his own rules.
