If you agree to to be a protectorate, you are agreeing to the following:

You will have no more than 100k troops per type
You will not attack anyone
You will give 25% of each turns food and cash made to your portector
You get the use of your protectors troops when you are attacked.


And when I say will, I mean code enforced will.
