Important!! ALL Clan Leaders read this...

Currently, the members of your clans cannot see your clan forum.  This is because each clan is a usergroup, and your clan forum can only be seen by those who are in your usergroup.  Inorder to add people to your usergroup you need to go the to the "Usergroups" link at the top of the page, and then select the name of ur clan in the pull down menu, then press the button...You'll then be presented with some options on whether ur usergroup is open, closed, or hidden...

Below that is a list of the group leader, and the group members, as you will see the list of group members is empty.  You need to acquire your clan members forum names and add them to the usergroup member list, then they will be able to see the clan forum.

Adding a little.

Keep your group as ?open.? This does not just let anyone join, but lets anyone ASK to join. You then, as the clan/group leader, can decide who may join.

This way if you forgot someone, or there is a new person, they may request to see your forum.

You also have the power to remove anyone at any time. So as someone leaves your group, you take away their right to see your forum. No more passwords!
