Can't play PLEASE HELP!

 Hi, I used to play this a lot and I wanted to get back into it. the only problem is that it wont let me. I created an account on both regular and turbo servers. I got a confirmation code and I tried to log in multiple times. It never fails to show:

 I don't know your account numbers, but I checked on turbo. no new person has been disabled.

Try your name and pass.

 Your firewall is blocking you from playing is my guess. Disable it then try if you get in then you know it's the prob if you don't then I'm outta ideas.
