RWL Calculator!!

Its largly flawed, and somewhat inaccurate, but i've begun using it all the time, so i decided to release my "RWL Calculator" for everybody to use!

the RWL calculator is a program i made in VB when i was bored in my computer engineering class. It calculates your military defenses, figures out how many huts you need for your leaders, how few huts you can have without losing leaders and thats pretty much it! I use it to calculate my defenses every time i'm finished a run nowerdays. Its one of my primary tools!

no worries about safety, its just a tiny lil VB program compiled into exe format.

if there are any problems with it, gimme a shout!

oh, and you can't have comma's in the numbers or it doesn't work... i gotta figure out how to fix that :\

how on EARTH would i know how to do that? lol

I hope you guys are finding it usefull. if you have any suggestions, i might take some time to work on it some more. What other type of calculations does everybody do? I know wolf has a TON of calculations... ahis kinda confuse me though, if i were to get his equations i'm pretty sure the outcomes would no longer be "approximate" but i'd have to incorperate races and all that stuff and i'm not THAT bored.

Apparently, I can only hold off 4 skiffs with several million. Ah well... BTW, thanks, Peace. I am now completely self-sufficient and have my leader strat worked out. ::agrees::

umm... military calculations are what i find the most usefull calculations there...

I mostly use a food-based strat. Food is a wonderful thing. :P

Though I /do/ use skiffs to get this food. So maybe I could use military calculations after all..

the best way to get food is to have a lot of land. the best way to have a lot of land is to protect it... these calculations are great for your defense :-D

I've never bothered about defence before... Maybe that's why I got knocked down from rank 3 to rank 26 in one day last round.. Perhaps I should start bothering now. :)

Why is it that 4M skiffs can only hold off like 12 w/ no towers? I was entering theoretical calculations into the thing (to see how many huts I could squeeze out of my towers) and it said that.
