 he doesn't die. the gate keeper does i think. but he is in the third book when they return to hobbiton. so he doesn't die in the whole series.

ok, sorry, but PLEASE give that role to somebody else and make me Theoden or summat!!!

EDIT: Good reason to make me Theoden. I died in the Age of Emperors, and Theoden dies in the 3rd book. In the mean time, [books 2-3 until I die] It'd be fun to see me as an old man possessed by Fenix...hehheh

 Act 2: Scene 5

(We see the Bladewraiths riding rabidly through a pretty foresty scene before it shifts abruptly to that of our heroes traveling up a hill. We see the wraiths riding up the hill again, giving the appearance that they're right on the trail of the party (which they are) But, again it changes to the party treking up their hill.)

Mena: (slightly out of breath) Where are you taking us?

Raine: (mysteriously) Into the wild.

(The party continues up the hill. As Raine moves out of sight, our attention is drawn to the voles struggling over tree roots and the incline)

Cal:(distrustingly) But how do we know this Raine is REALLY a friend of Bloodrath's?

Mena: (tiredly) I guess we have no choice but to trust him...

Aus: But where is he leading us?

Raine: (up ahead, out of our line of sight) To Mossflower, Master Austin.

Aus: (excited) Mossflower?! Did you hear that?! We're going to see the squirrels!

(Bring camera back to focus on Raine who smiles at Aus's jubilation as he continues leading the voles on as they walk over the crest of the hill. Pan across hilltop then out before switching to the voles on a semi-snowy hill.)

(We see Raine stand on a small boulder to look around while in the background the voles are getting pots and pans out. Raine turns around abruptly, slightly annoyed.)

Rain: Gentlemen...err...and ladies, we do not stop until nightfall.

Bluemoon: What about breakfast?

Rain: (firm) You've already had it.

Blue: (indignant) We've had 1, yes, but what about second breakfast?

(Rain continues walking. Cal walks up beside him and puts an arm around his shoulder.)

Cal: I don't think he knows about 2nd breakfast, hun.

Blue: (paniced) What about ellevenseys? Luncheon? Afternoon tea? Dinner? Supper? He knows about them, right?????

Cal: (sadly) Wouldn't count on it...

(Suddenly, an apple is thrown from Rain's direction. Cal grins and catches it, handing it to Blue before walking off. Blue looks up briefly just in time to see another apple come flying right into his eye. He rubs his head before continuing on.)

(end scene)
