 I have been talking to this guy on myspace.com, I invited him to join RWL about a week ago, two days later he told me to join his game Kings of Chaos. i tried it and it was very fun, the biggest differance between Kings of Chaos and RWL is that they have more than 100,000 members and we have like 20. Disdain (the guy who got me into KOC) said that he was going to tell some of his friends on KOC about RWL because he is really likeing it. and I thought, well when we try to reqruit people onto our game we are mostly talking to people who don't like text based games, but KOC has 100,000 people who love text based games. so my idea is that all of us join (maybe start an RWL clan) and we all make a few friends on the game and reqruit them back to RWL. obviously we won't get 100,000 people, but just 5 can make the game a lot better.

 Whats the you have to have people click on your link thing to get troops? Turned me off, more who can get people to click there sign then who is the best, unless I got the wrong idea.

 It's wierd. On here a successful run is getting 1, maybe 2 ranks up. On my first real run on there I was up over 20,000 ranks...

 I'm not sure what people clicking on your link does, since it's not your troops in the game that you attack and defend with, nor is it your rank...

It's suprising how much safety it has too.  Typing in letters every time you do anything, having an 8 letter password that needs capitals or numbers, etc.  It draws away from the gameplay a lot.

 thats what I was thinking too Nohc, it is rather anoying, but besides that its a fun game. probably not as friendly as our little game here though

when clicking your link it gives you one untrained dude that you can make a fighter, defender, spy or sentry, sentrys defend from spys, the rest are obvious.

 It's a TBG (Turn Based Gold) system. The more sodiers you have the more gold per turn you get. If you train most your guys to be Spy/Sentry, then you get less money and less of an army. But, if you attack some who has less of an army then you do, you get less gold per attack. So, it is better to maintain a smaller army, so you can yield the most gold per attack.
So, if you have a lot of sentry, many people cannot see how much gold you have. It makes you less of a target for those looking to "farm" you. Likewise, if you have a lot of Spy, the more gold you can see, from other players.
When you start the game, it takes a little bit of time to get going, but after 3 months and your getting 80,000 gold per turn It gets interesting. People will start to sab your armory, you can bet on it. So the game tactics will change and you'll find, even if you are using attacking as your tactics, you'll find your Sentry/Spy to be VERY important.

Also, you lose soldiers when being attacked and when your attacking. You'll also lose more untrained soldiers then anything. So, try to keep up with training your untrained soldiers. The more trained attack/defense soldiers you have, the more you'll lose. IMO, you will never need more than around 25 attack and defense soldiers because when your making 80,000 + per turn, you will start buying only the top weapons ( I just bought an "invisible shield" that cost 750,000 gold) and when they start sabbing you, you will not have that many weapons, at any given time.
