All the scholarships I'm getting are non-needs-based, and go straight to my college. I can't touch the money til after all my tuition and books are paid for, which means 2 months into the semester.

I'm up for the Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship, which is $30,000, but they watch how you spend that like hawks, and anything that's not tuition/books/dorm/meal-plan goes back to them.
