Do you consider yourself overweight? Well since weight is such an issue these days, and the media being the way it is, I thought I'd post this... For, the sake of knowing.
I've come across a neat little calculator which tells you specifically if you are under-weight *points at windy*^_^, a healthy weight, over-weight or obese.

Now.. This is figured out by a combination of your height and weight. The number you get after checking this is called your Body Mass Index, or BMI. If you have a BMI of 25 - 29, you are considered over-weight. If your BMI is over thirty, you are obese. Post your BMI here, and tell us how you did on the chart!

My BMI was 18.5  :P  and I was considered a healthy weight.

 Body fat percentage is an actual determiner of if you are unhealthy. i could have a lot of weight just because i'm a muscular heavy-set short guy and i'd be perfectly healthy.

although i'm not musculer at all...

Texture: dense, but came out nicely.
Timing: I was in and out in less then 5
thanks to the bran i had for breakfast, there was little struggle.

 Actually, this made me feel better. I thought I was morbidly overwieght, but my BMI is only 25.7 Not to bad for me, lol. Thanks for making me feel better about myself.  :lol:

 BMI like 21.9, I don't know my current wieght was like 135 a couple months ago so I put it at 140, anywho I'm healthy.
