Elections

 My fellow Redwallers lend me your ears, no matter how long they are.

It is time for the yearly elections for the President of RWL. Yes it is true, one of you will be the new President for a month. The Lady Shael and I have opened the nominations for this wonderful title (benefits yet to be figured out, but cool anyways). All RWLer?s have been separated into to political parties. By looking at your member number you can tell what party you belong in. If your number is Odd, as mine is, you are in the ODD party. If your member number is Even, as The Lady Shael is, then you are in the EVEN party. Only the first forum account you have is the party you belong in.

The two parties have 5 days to do a lot of work. You must decide if you want to change the name of your party. Pick your organizers. And most importantly, pick a candidate for your party.

Two forums have been opened under clans so that each party has a place to have political meetings. They will be password protected when the organizers ask them to be. The Lady Shael will monitor the EVEN forum and I will monitor the ODD forum.

In 5 days, the candidates will be announced. The candidates will then campaign for your votes to make them President of RWL for a month! The organizers will spin the facts to help their candidate. Then on November 2nd, you will vote in such a way that there will be ballot counting by the Admins.

Lets get this going, time is short ?

 We had not really thought that far ahead. Could be open to talk about it. But there is only a few days to get this all going. Maybe the loser is the VP?
