Actually I think in Utah you can get a day license at like 15. Which is very scary knowing there are 15 year olds zooming down the highways. Each state is different. Some of the farmland states have lower age limits so that kids can get to school from the farm, and help out on the farm. This works even if they are city boys.

And I was only joking ... he doesn?t get a car. Hehe.
