 this is indeed a war game, but if you were in control of a country you would not go over and attack a fellow country 'just 'cause you wanted to or your were bord..  ok, well some of you would..  but..  meh

 Well, if I say, in reg, attacked Juska 30 times, that's no big deal. 'Cause we're at war. But if I were to attack Ashyra, who is neutral, 21 times, that would be the same thing as the US attacking Canada at the moment.

 See, that is my point. You dont get the point of this game. This is a war game!!! So that means i can attack anyone i feel like if im not in a clan!  I dont need permission to mess anyone up!

Attacking Canada would be like me kicking out a member of Sworn and hitting him 21 times.
