Please read where Peace said he only does that because that's the only way he can beat all the massers.

 when with massers, do as the massers do..  mass!

face it, on RWL the best and pretty much only way to gain a nice net is resource mass..  I've tried a few strats with troops massing only, keeping only enough food and cash to support myself, and I could never get my net over 25 mil..  I know many others can do better, but I find it wearing to supply a large army and it takes quite a bit of land..  food doesnt have any upkeep costs, you can have as much as you want and it will never be a drain on your economy...

 Exactly.  So the best way to hurt another empire is to poison them no?  Then why is poisoning the other empire is dirty and people whine so much about it?  Is it not the only way to hurt an empire?  Hitting with troops or taking land won't hurt your enemy too much.

 Actually, I'd have 13M net w/out ANY land, so taking land does disable them, especially because it ruins their economy and makes it hard to get back to where they were... Poisoning is dumb, IMHO. Why do that if you can sack and get all of the rescources for yourself?

Because people are whiners. But again, if you take half of someone's land they'd whine about that too *shrug* so you just gotta expect a retal. There's nothing wrong with poisoning, but it pisses people off, simple fact.

 Troops strats work, but not nearly aswell as leader food storing ones, without poison food massers would rule the game.

 OK first of all, one thing i hate the most about newbs on these forums, is when they're are ignorent to things i've already said. I i say something AKNOWLEDGE it for goodness sakes! Otherwise, i end up going over the same things twice for all of you who it didn't register for. so here i go.

OK, i'll explain this to you again. If you spend all your time poisoning other people, they will be pissed off. pissed off like i was. I wasn't whining, i don't like whining. But the thing i hate, is idiots who don't play the game with a purpose to what they do. you poison, with absolutly NO gain to yourself. you say the gain is that you're bringing people down with you? yeah, kind of like pulling me back onto the sinking ship, because the people you poison sure as heck are gonna make sure you don't swin to shore.

I hate food massers too, one thing i HATE about turbo is that its an entire month of working for that last week when everyone boosts themselves either by taking their food off the market, or pressganging. its the most annoying thing. but thats NOT what i do, nor is it what it would have looked like i was doing when you espoinaged me. I had less then 1 bill food, so you know i'm not stackin up on food for NW, so maybe i put it on the market? no, not with the amount of money i had saved up, i wouldn't have had the turns to make that much food. so what? you think i'm savin up MONEY for networth? thats just STUPID, money doesn't get networth, and the market doesn't have enough of everything to actually give you a boost like the fooders and the wildcats. hmmmmmm, so what was 'ol peacy doing? well he was saving up money for military. military i wouldn't wait till the last week to buy, but would have probably bought my next run, and used to get land, and hopefully keep it... how is that storing? its the only way to play the game. And yeah, you think i'm just a cocky old vet eh? yeah, i thought the same about all of the vets that were here when i started playing... but when i beat them, it wasn't by playing stupid, and not thinking, it was by using stratagy, and paying attention to what i was doing.
