We have the rank 1 guy, we have 2 or so people in top 10, spies in all three clans, plans, people outside of clan. SE is not winning the war, Loren and Sworn are tied. Even Neobaron and TJ admit it. I think Windy does too.

Then why doesn't he?

I don't understand all this "wolf could do that" or "wolf can do this" if he can do it, why doesn't he? Is there some reason as to why your allies wouldn't want to be number one?

Yes, actually. He wouldn't be able to attack any of Sworn if he /tried/ to get a really high net... Just because of high rank you aren't winning the war. Your objective was to take the top ten. Our objective was to stop you from doing so. So, as far as objectives stand...

 Because everyone was losing armies attacking me with sack and capture when I was on the top rank. My loss to retal would be much more then theirs, so I had to market everything to play in a fair ground with the people attacking me.

3% penalty as emperor with 10s of millions of armies is more costly then the guy with 5 mil rats shooting up at me from rank 30. The difference is that I have no choice but to defend myself from those that started attacking me with sack & capture, Ashaman randomly murdered and poisoned others that had never attacked him.

Well, we're not doing it at random, we're trying to stop you from controlling the game, as you went in and boasted you'd take the game. Ashaman was trying to make it so EVERYBODY got lower net. This is not our objective.

Actually it's very similar, you're preventing someone from winning, just like Ash.  Do you think Ash was doing it at random? No, it was against the important targets that got in his way.
