 Now you just get a title whenever they decide to give you one. They did give out two per month for two months. I don't think they've done it since.

 Yeah, we had a meeting at the very beginning of this month, actually, determining who would get titles, and Wolf said that it's Retto's turn, and Retto promised to do it, so we've been waiting since the first week of August for Retto to choose.
