Why was my brother disabled..... AGAIN?

 My brother, Wolf Pack (same as Marlfox horde)(his last account he got disabled 4 being my brother and using the same computer)is his new account, but that one also got disabled. WHY DOES HE KEEP BEING DISABLED! :angry:
