Oh, and the cost to build should stay the same. That way you actually need skill and money to thrive, instead of just attacking someone with all land and no defenses and getting up there yourself. I think the ranks will spread out a little more soon, and the more prominent players will jump ahead. Unless there is so much land that you take more time dealing with your own land than taking others'...
