To buy half your land, it will cost 5x your networth. Unless your land makes up 60% or more of your Networth, then it'll cost 10x.

 What do you mean to buy 1/2 half your land? Like if I have 300k land and 300mil net it will cost 1.5bil to buy 150k land? If that's the case, sheesh land marks are gonna be huge.
