Also, when somebody (Titus) tells me I can't attack Wolf Snare even though the clan says we're at war, it's obvious that there's something strange about that.

Yeah. It was kinda odd .. first Titus told me to hit him with anything but skiffs and five minutes later he kicked everyone from the clan and told me not to attack him.

About a week ago, I was disabled too. What happened is that I deleted an account because I wanted to start over, and immediately created another account (as Seabiscuit). I got disabled, even though I was not using multi-accounts. I was going to contact Retto, but was too lazy/didn't care enough to do it. But this seemed like a good time to mention it.

I think the admins know what they're dong, wolf snare. I've seen Joseph admin his own game plenty of a time, it's pretty easy to tell...
