3 is certainly not as rewarding. But there is a combination of diplomacy, resources, and military where you can go "Darn this is good"

Ok. Can you tell me what has been blocked, since when, and what the rules are on this thing? We went through a huge debate on the word, did we not? And it was decided it was ok. The fact it isn't does not bother me, I just want to know what's allowed and what's not.

 *holds up two fingers*  I'd say one is, but it's impossible just to "diplomat" your way to victory. XD Unless you got someone to send you a hundred billion dollars and somd food.... but that's not gonna happen.  Two is just best. ^_^

 Military might. I prefer to try and succeed without using any leaders..

..oh yeah, Nohc? I was sent a couple of billion dollars and 5 billion food a few rounds ago, and I shot up to rank 3!

In reg. Im trying to learn leaders... but i find that it isnt really as exciting as building an army and sending it at the other poor guy...  :(
