  :D Well looks like noch likes to tell lies too, as well as maxing people out for sacking him with attacks a couple times, now I was in a clan, I sacked noch a couple times when I attacked him ,why not? it is part of the game, and they wouldn't put it in to not be used, so anyways, he joined vengance and declared war on my clan, that or sat there and attacked me 31 times, either or, he was cheap either way and in fact sent me an in game message about it

"I messed up your game because you were messing up my game. And why were you  even talking about me to others, saying that I joined Vengence for clan protection, when not only is that a lie, but you leave your clan for protection of your own". -noch

now I did not leave my clan, my leader booted me for fear of attacks on him.
So my purpose on this is to say, please someone kill noch, he left vengace cause he now olny has 71 acres, and they were savaging him, so noch who is the cheap player now ?
leaving a clan for fear of death, the only reason you joined it is cause I was whooping your behind and you didn't want to die, well I hope you do, but if not, good job on keeping alive.

Now, it'd help if you actually told me where I lied.... because I'm lost there.  Right now it seems like the whole purpose of this whole topic is to put up a "reason" to kill someone that was trying to teach you a lesson.  Also, the topic of your post basically says that I'm not perfect...  And I have no idea where you got /that/ idea.  No one if perfect.  Simple as that.

Now, you sacked me a lot more than a couple times.  I also warned you several times (like I do to everyone when they sack me, because they might like sacking for the same reason you do).  I

In the last three days and 15 hours you've hit me 132 times.  And when I joined Vengence I hit you 51 times, not 31 times as you said.  Also, after I hit you the 51 times for non-stop sacking, I told you I was done with you and you had an opportunity to get out of the trouble you'd gotten yourself into.  I thought you'd accepted, but a while later, you sack me again.  And I don't retal you at all.  I might have hit you a few times after that, but just for land, and I'm not sure if I even did.  So I'm hit even more, and more, and more.  With sacks, too.  And I don't retal.  So now my net is really high and you continue to try and keep me out of the top ten after profiting billions and billions of cash off me.  That's what happened, to straighten out some things.

And about the messages. (You could have posted who you were, as I wasn't sure and had to check)  I'm not going to post any snippets because people will say that I biased it, which is reasonable, but I really only add on facts.  So you'll have to draw conclusions yourself.  This is the whole message history between me and him.

Look, I gave you a chance, and a warning. You had no intention of letting up. So I did what I had to. Where is the immaturity in that? I was simply protecting myself. You were the one that was being cocky and going about doing whatever you wanted to without a care of what they thought. There is no grudge on my part. What I did to you yesterday was plenty payment. Now, if it''s "just a game" like you say it is, then why don''t you tell me that you will only do normally attacks on me and I''ll do the same for you, and only attack you when I need land.

Your reasoning is bad as well. Just because sack is there doesn''t mean you have to use it. That''s like saying that I have to join a clan, or not have to join a clan. There are options, and consequences for each. You apparently wanted the consequence of me "messing up your game."  You /wanted/ me to. And now you''re going to ruin yourself and try to keep me out of the top ten. Where is the sense in that, when you could have left be alone and made it into the top ten yourself? Answer that if you would.

I''m not sure what you mean by what my game is, so I''ll tell you how I play. At first, I attack people normally. I don''t attack my friends, who are my only allies if I am clanless. After limiting down who I attack, I find who has the most land and break them. I normally break them until they have about the same land as the guy with the second most land. Then I repeat, etc., until I run out of turns. I /only/ attack people for land unless they''ve made me mad. Now, I know there are people that you that sack for the sake of sacking. You can profit a lot off of doing that. And if someone sacks me, or captures me, I tell them to please stop. Sometimes I warn them twice, with a threat. If they don''t stop, I normally do something to them. Like what I did to you. You were the one ruining my game in the first place. I spend time making all of this cash and stuff so that I can finish well, and you come along trying to take that away from me for your own benefit. You see why I wasn''t very happy? I hadn''t even done anything to you more than some attacks for land when you already had obviously attacked a lot to get that land. It''s not my fault you needed money. We all could use more money. I made my own money. You stole from my money that I worked hard for, and kept doing it. The way I see it, you completely deserved what I did to you. What would you have done different if someone started sacking you for selfish reasons?

sackin sure makes the game more interresting for us poor resource massers..  

and it tis indeed part of the game, but so is attacking, and the game allows for over attacking..  if that wasnt supposed to happen, Retto would have put an attack limit of, what, 8..  

therefor, both sacking and overattacking are part of the game, but each should be used sparingly methinks..
