Edit: I completely agree with Peace about the land thing.  After attacking them, they have just as much or more land than everyone else (but you), so they have plenty to build on.  You're probably winning/losing the poll because of reputation, and doing evil things... like sacking.

I voted Peace as Cruelest 'cause he usually does leader missions..  which I usually dont do unless it is a last resort..  land grabs are fine, I dont usually care, but leader missions make it much much harder to regain..  
for instance, he killed off a ton of my stuff While I was online, right after which he sent me a message:  "wow, what a brillaint waste of my turns..."

bleah.  I dislike Peace's playing style, but he's alright as a person..  usually   ;)
