whenever this guy gets land, he stays online for hours, and sometimes he'll just log in every ten minutes and so it looks like he went offline, then you attack and he comes back online mid attack and cries about online attacking and attacks you back, he's done this to quite a few people.  God it's annoying, it's easily the cheapest thing you could do, stay online non-stop.  If I messaged him an ultimatum saying I was going to attack him online or offline in say 20 minutes, who thinks that would be wrong?

 It's perfectly reasonable, Juby.  I say that everyone should attack him, so that he can't possibly do to everyone what he did to me. ^_^ Well, if he doesn't stop...

 This is a combination of Juby?s ?twist? of facts concerning the TBV and windy?s leaving out facts about the Dragon Reborn incident.

I know who Coffee Break is and he is not on line all the time. Maybe you just happen to be on line at the same times each day as he is?

What he told me about the disagreement with your clan was the actions of your clan. He was signing off then got mail from Prince (Nohc) that he was being ordered to go off line because he was going to be attacked in 10 minutes.  So he stayed on line (surprise). He was attacked and he attacked back. Your clan then claimed that he was an on line attacker for having defended himself. Then he signed off and was attacked 40 times by your clan. He then came back at night and poisoned his attackers and called it even.  Unknown to him, his clan went for Nohc?s kill and over attacked Nohc.  Nohc and Juby then got half the game going for his kill.

Seems your clan is pushing the matter. *looks at Nohc topic about over attacking*

People that bite off more then they can handle should not try to get others to handle it for them.  You want to keep him after you, then keep attacking him. But do it on your own. That is what I am "sick of."

just curious, 'cause I thought I'd posted what I needed to, I mean, DR's first strike on me was what, 22 unprovoked attacks, and Apollo's 30 attacks is good enough to be killed over?  you contradict..  

ah well, and if I remember correctly you did the same thing to me wolf, stayed on for quite a bit of time, then got rather peeved when I attacked while you were online..  but that was in the past, and shoulda stayed there..

I dont really have much problem with coffee break as of now, he seems to attack in sane intervals, so what if he wants to keep his land ^_^

 First, off, me and nohc had waited patiently for hours, days before I had to wait HOURS to attack him just to have him come back online and cry that I was online attacking him cause he came back mid attack after he had finally gotten off.  Every time I go on and he has alot of land he is on, he wasted hours of mine and nohcs time trying to abuse people's general courtesy.  Literally hours, the guy is lieing to you wolf.  I am not twisting anything.

 Oh windy, nothing personal, just when you first posted about DR you only showed the attacks on your bro, not that it was a retal. Maybe to big of one, but that was a major fact that was left out.  Whether or not ether was in the right was not my point.

I just think that if people want to try to jet someone attacked, they should inform the people why so that sides are not picked on half information.

Comment: About 14 minutes later, I attack him, and take some land.  He was offline when I started attacking.  Then he gets on and steals a couple billion from me while I was online, due to my low ratio.

Opinion, yeah, of course. It'd be hard to prove without using IQ tests or something. Even then, someone with an IQ of 200 might think that someone with an IQ of 180 is dumb, or someone with an IQ of 100 might think that someone with an IQ of 180 is dumb. Anyway, it's an opinion coming from someone who is widely thought to be very intelligent. You were not using turns, so you weren't using the land. You can always take it back later. If you wanted to be friends, you would have allowed me to take your land, and could maybe asked me to pay you a bit for it. Otherwise, we should not be friends, because we are in different clans, and are natually rivals from both of us doing very well. You should know that I'm bad at making friends because I have many.

all my first attacks were limited to 4. my retals were limited to about 8. so your info is wrong. I have also not used sack nor capture (yet), you have.

I had only used sack once or twice(and a capture afterward to see how much it would improve my ratio), to see if I could recover some money that he has stolen (I was very low on cash from having tons of troops, and being stolen from, as well as sending out cash to an ally so that it couldn't be stolen).

It's sure not working. It's more along the lines of... 'What the heck is he doing? All I did was take his land.' Also, 'The only reason that I shouldn't have is because of the retal that he would give. Wait... why would he give the retal? It's a waste of his turns, and it makes me want to kill him more. I don't understand him at all...'

Any could you please tell me why you wouldn't let me attack you? And why you're completely killing off everything I have?

Comment: The whole time I was asking him why he had done what he had done, and why he didn't tell me not to attack him, so that we could resolve it.   He hasn't replied yet.

 So you have stopped attacking him? Funny how I got mail that if I wanted some money to contact you cuase you are paying to have Coffee Break attacked. Really does not seem like you you are trying to solve anything. Nor does it seem that it is just about land. Seems he stopped attacking you some time ago.

(checks: His last attack on you was a day and a half ago. He has received about 75 against him in the last 10 hours, 14 from you)

I don't blame someone for dismantalling a person that is paying bounties against him and attacking him.

Also makes me wonder who would take up your offer to attack someone that seems to be able to do so much damage in retal.  Just a thought.

 what are all of you talking aboot?  I'm talking about the starts of these incidents.  I have not gotten involved in whatever your worrying aboot yet.  This topic is whether it is okay to online attack someone who is staying online for hours as a defence strategy, I think it's unfair to other game members to have hours of their time wasted by this.  I don't really care what is happening after this whole incident but I want to set a standerd for the future.  There is no twisting facts, this is straight up.  I personnally feel that if someone is doing what coffee break is doing that online attacks are acceptable, I do not want to waste hours because he can't deal with losing land when he is the fattest player in the game, and it really bugs me when he just logs in every 10 minutes so for a minute it shows him as finally offline, I attack and he comes on and has a hissy fit and online attacks me and cries about how evil I am online attacking him.  This strategy is sickening.  I literally waited hours the first time, easily just to have him come on moments later and online attack me, and an hour the second time with nohc, maybe two and he was already on when we got on and then today he was doing the exact same thing and I waited over an hour, then posted this post then he finally got off ( I don't think taht is a coincidence).

I agree fully with you that if someone is using that as a strategy then they should be attacked.

But if the two of you play at the same time every day, then he will be on line at the same time as you are. Maybe he keeps seeing you on line and thinks you are staying on line as a defense strategy. (Sarcasm)

What I am saying is that you have assumed what someone was doing and using it as an excuse to on line attack.

He tells me he is checking his account more now, after all you seemingly are paying people to try to kill him.

 ahaha, I've gotta say, from an outsiders point of view i can really see how silly the arguements i get in like this are... not that i'm going to avoid them.

In fact i'm gonna through my opinion into this one. I think juby is complaining about something valid... unfortunitly it doesn't apply to this situation since coffee break wasn't doing what he was alleged of doing. I usually like to watch peoples NW for a while if they're online. If it doesn't move, i'll ask em if they're still using turns. If they respond no, then i'll attack, if they say yes then i'll try to espoinage... Thats my rules of engagement, i don't really think everyone has to follow them. This means that people can rightly stay online and watch their accounts. Nobody likes to be killed just because they went on a weekend ski trip.

Nohc seems to be arguing about something different...

Also, you read nohcs post. There were a lot of comments and things in brackets explaining his actions. Explanations that are there to try to make him look good, so you all see what was going on in this poor victoms mind... Well if you ask me, i don't think the comments should be necessary. Obviously nohc wasn't being very clead with coffee guy, how was coffee guy supposed to know what was going on??

ah well, i think coffee guy did nothing wrong, i think nohc did nothing wrong, and i think this could all be settled over a nice cup of... tea?
