 Well, actually, we sorta got rid of the policy thing where we said you could have a title at 1000 posts, because people starting spamming just to get a title. Now we just award titles to anyone we think deserves them, but, er, I don't think we've awarded any titles since then...

 Seems to me like all the people who've really merited titles were the oldies who got them back in the day... a lot of the newer folkses don't seem to stay long enough or aren't forum-ey enough to get them.

 Just because some people don't wast thier lives in front of a computer screen waiting for people to post (whom are probably too busy doing something else in the first place) shouldn't mean that they can't get a custom title just because there no 'derserving' enough.  People DO have lives away from these forums and this game you know.  I can't speak for everyone else because everyone has thier own personal reasons but I know the only reason I check in here is because i'm bored.  If my life were more 'exciting' you'd never see me in here.

 I'm not knocking anyone in that statement, Cindarin. After all, as we all know, I haven't been on hardly at all this spring because of college and my obligations at my theatre. I'm just saying that the people who most deserve the titles are those who have been here the longest, because there are a lot of them who have shown that they have a committment to this place, and have contributed a lot to its survival. If everyone had a title, the titles wouldn't be near so special, or even so coveted. You have to give to the forums before you get the title. That's all I'm saying. Trust me, if anyone understands how people have reasons to not post, it's me.
