 win amp 3.1+, mostly cause the radio is pretty good, yugoslavian channel and rap channels, but I'm still thinking Windows media player plays them best quality wise.

 I really liked Kazza, but now that it is illegal I don't use it anymore.

 Winamp 5.0, which works nicely. I also use Realplayer for CDs.

 I used to use Jukebox as my main program, but, I sadly updated to 8.0 and it has too many features for my computer which use up wayy too much RAM, so it occasionally stalls out my comp..

 Having the program isn't illegal. In fact, unless they can prove you got the files from P2P they don't really have anything on you.

Where i live, its not illegal to download music. But its illegal to distribute it, so i just have to make sure not to let anyone upload :P

Kazaa is bad though, you should get Kazaalite.

 Anything from Real Networks is bloated spyware garbage. WMP has a nasty habit of altering the actual sound files, if anything you guys might be happier with Windows Media Player Classic.  Using the kazaa media player is kind of backwards imo. I have no problems with Winamp, one of the first mpa players available that I know of. Been using it since 1.4? or so, was kind of hesitant of upgrading to 3/5 but I did anyways, new skins are kind of laggy but fine if you switch to the classic skin. Winamp works fine with 486s windhounds :D

Just noticed juby's post, Kazaalite has started to degrade so bad that im not sure if its even worth having.

 Poor quality files is Kazza (and other file sharers like it)'s main downfall.

I Bittorent now. ITs VERY good. Everything is perfect quality, downloads are usually quick, and you can download entire albums at once, zipped. THe only problem is that you HAVE to have high speed, thats the only way its worth while because i doubt many 56Kers wanna DL a 100 MB file, even if they get 200 songs out of it :\

You can get higher quality files in kazaa lite, or the old reg trick of nolimitbitrate or whatever it was. BitTorrent is alright for downloading albums but sometimes I wouldn't trust the quality. Mixmatch albums instead of good rips. IRC is still probably one of the best places for stuff, if you don't mind the queues.

I was using 2 until for some reason it corrupted my playlist. I went to their site to check the error message it gave and how to fix it, and saw that they had released 5, so I got that.
