I've grown tired of leading and fighting for a cause in our glorious spa. Especially now that it sinks to another low, one we may not recover from.

That's why I wanted to work things in our favor and step back. Let things happen by themselves. I guess technically I was successful in that. RSL stands completely unrivaled in Spa. hehe.

I hate being the one who must always take the initiative. I like being the one who gets a goal set for them, and accomplishes it in the way they see fit.

A good leader knows when enough is enough. I'm simply too jaded to be a good leader anymore. I've used up all my enthusiasm. So have a lot of people, apparently. I probably just need a break.
