It was always my ultimate goal to resurrect it, you know. After I had united all the entities and factions I would have disbanded whatever I had going on and reformed RSL as an unrivaled government, and retire comfortably as a Spa Marshall who keeps the law.

Oh yeah. I was pretty inactive in June and July. And in late May too, I think.

I didn't foresee success in its "reestablishment" because I had seen it fall many times. I thought a different, more radical route would need to be taken to ensure continuity.

The irony. Now we're in deeper than ever before.
