I'm not overpowered for a few reasons I just came up with..

I can only turn very slightly: It takes me more than 10 miles to turn around

I can be contained if you figure out the way... I have a very special thing in mind though for containment so I'm waiting for you to guess it.

Aside from that, yes, I'm sorta overpowered.
