 For some reason, on the RWL login page and on all the pages after logging in, but not the forms, the font is even smaller then this

tools->internet options->accessibility
ignore font sizes

 Or you could hold the Ctrl button and use the scroll wheel thingy in the middle of most mouses. ^_^
