Ethnic background?

 Just curious. If you're not one of those, for some reason, just put Multi-Racial. That's what I am, anyway.

 the choices are way too broad, like Asian, that could be Japanese, Philipino, East Indian, Arabic, heck you could be Russian, waaayyy to broad for any of that.
Personally I'll always say Slavic over white cause Canada is a country of Western European being the mainstream culture and I don't really relate to it. Racially slavic people are a distinct group from the west northern europeans and the south western europeans, we just don't look really different, though you can easily tell if you know what say a ukrainian and a white person looks like that their different but in these broad categories were closest to white I guess or maybe hispanic, not sure which i should vote cause I kinda look like both.
Specifically I'm latvian and montenegrin(a type of Yugoslav).

 My great-great grandfather was black. His wife was Native American (from Canada). Their son married a white woman (from US). In turn, their son married an Irish woman. And their son, my dad, married a French Canadian (my mom). Now if that is not multicultural, I don't know what is. I fill in the bubble next to white when I'm asked my race, but I always have an urge to fill in the one for black even though I look like an average white female. Go figure. The black and Native American genes are too far away for me to legally say that I am anything but white.

 *nods* They were supposed to be broad, and it's the bubble sheet test thingies is where I came up with the question. I forgot Native American, though. Hm. *pats Teufel* I always have the urge to fill in the Asian/Pacific Islander bubble. I certainly look like one, but my mom's Filipino, and my dad's American. So I must always fill in the Multi-Racial bubble.

Back up on my dad's side, though, I'm Scottish, German, Norweigian, Canadian, and Irish. Mostly Canadian and Irish, though.

 I'm mixed with every country in Europe (from my mom's side), but both my parents are white/caucasian.  There's Dutch, Irish (gotta love it ;) ), Scottish, French, German, and American.  But predominately white I guess.

 I choose hispanic cause although I am not culturally connected to either "white" or hispanic people, alot of people mistake me for hispanic.  Go Team Slav
