 Rome started at the begaining of a reset, smashafied people for months and would not let anyone play once they had won.  

The Emperors started with most in low ranks, played for only 2 weeks, only attacked as needed, and deleted when they took the top so others could be in the top ten.

I wasn't a big fan of emperors. Perhaps that has to do with extremely brutal tactics.

 On the contrary- Wolf Bite and the Emperors didn't prove they could hold it.

Unlike the Emperors, Rome did not have the best players but they were effective all the same.

Grouping the only people who can play against unorganized, unallied, er... people doesn't prove anything.

You win by the sole factor of intimidation.

 Rome was the best of the best pretty much..  I mean, most if not all of the Emps were in Rome..  
the Emps let others have the top ten, sure a few mighta fallen, but atleast the top 5 probubly woulda remained as is, the emps deleting allowed thoes smaller to rise higher..  if the others would have organized they woulda stood a chance..  a few tried, but they were halfhearted attempts..  as 2 or 3 of the Emps started new accounts, the others coulda smushled thoes before they rose high enough, but they didnt..

Because that was not the idea. As soon as we had the top, we'd delete. It would be no fun had we played that way, and surely the game had an idea of our rpevious success. We were for fun and somehting to liven up the game in its dying stages.

Rome did have the best players, and Ereptor claimed it in bringing us together. The only ones we didn't have were Wolf and Heat, due to all the hate thrown at them. Our forum shows that.
You may be referring to your and John's ability, but Ereptor /thought/ you were better than you turned out to be.

You make no sense.

We did not win by intimidation, heck, a couple of us were almost killed, except when one of us in a leader position would boot the one getting killed.
If there was intimidation, they wouldn't hit us, would they? History shows I was pumelled almost endlessly as were my clanmates, the only thing that saved me from it in the latter stages was staying out of the clan for days at a time. The challenge was very real.

You're just sore because you were not invited.
