How do you like your steak?

 windy's poll made me think of this. I like my steak rare where it's red in the center and still oozing juices. *mouth waters* I don't like any steak sauce with it either. I think that ruins the flavor of a good steak.

good call for the e coli but I'm pretty sure that cooking it more doesn't do anything fer the mad cow, I chose rare.

 Actually if you cook it hot enough it destroys the prions that cause Mad Cow disease.. I'm pretty sure of that anyway, cause they are proteins and proteins denature(unravel and break up) at high temps. They might be one of the few proteins that can reconstruct temselves though. I'll have to do some research on that one.
